14-day returns
You may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Start a return
Email vitalogik84@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything.
Return postage
The Curved Pour pays standard return postage for approved returns. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange another suitable return method. Additional or express postage that we did not approve in advance is not refundable.
Item condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please return it with all parts and, where possible, its original protective packaging. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs where possible. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Refunds
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
