About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase goods from The Curved Pour through this online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Because screens and photography vary, colours and reflections may appear slightly different. Lifestyle props, bottles and drinking glasses are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the price or description contains an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Available payment methods appear at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information.
Delivery
Free standard UK shipping is available for eligible UK orders. Delivery options, destinations and estimates are explained on our Delivery page and at checkout.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

Faulty goods
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us at vitalogik84@gmail.com. Your rights under UK consumer law are not restricted by these terms.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
